We work closely with our Institutional Real Estate team where transactions feature property-related issues. Where public companies are involved, we harness the capabilities of our take-overs, mergers and acquisitions lawyers. We also advise corporations and private individuals on investment structures, such as buy-outs, as well as on the various modes of securities offerings, and generally on investments and divestments, of both assets and securities. Where a public offering is considered, members of our capital markets and investment funds team, specializing in equity instruments, are brought into the transaction.
