Myriam holds a Master’s Degree in Law from St. Joseph University – Beirut. She joined Maalouf, Abi Younes & Tohme (MAT) Law Firm in 2017 and was officially admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2019.
Throughout her practice, Myriam has gained diverse legal experience by working on a wide range of cases, including corporate law, contract and obligations law, labor disputes, intellectual property, bankruptcy, personal status law, commercial transactions, civil rights, real estate, banking, and criminal matters. Her exposure to such varied fields has strengthened her analytical abilities and broadened her understanding of complex legal issues.
In addition to her professional practice, Myriam has actively pursued continuous legal development, participating in numerous seminars, workshops, and training sessions across different domains of law to stay up to date with evolving legal trends. During her university years, she was also a committed member of the legal clinic at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of St. Joseph University, where she provided probono legal assistance and advice to individuals in need.
