Nidal graduated from La Sagesse University with a Law Master’s degree in 1997.
He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1996. He’s also a Managing Partner at Maalouf, Abi Younes and Tohme MAT Law Firm. He focuses his practice on banking, corporate, criminal, civil and execution related cases.
He is a well-practiced tax consultant and currently serves as a legal advisor to a number of large corporate entities whose operations could expose them to significant liability. Nidal has an outstanding transactional experience in a broad range of large corporate, private equity, and venture capital.
With more than 20 years of experience in the corporate sector, Me Abi Younes provides advice and counsel while representing public and private entities with a particular focus on energy, arts, media, marketing and advertising companies.
Nidal has a wide knowledge in Civil, Commercial, Construction, Media and Real Estate litigations and arbitration. He primarily focuses his practice on commercial business litigation as well as public law, assisting a large number of companies with their legal issues before Lebanese Administrations and Courts.
